Foreign athletes can register by e-mail including name, year of birth, club, if applicable start pass no., personal best to meldung@lg-filder.de, registrations must be confirmed by the organizer.

Registration deadline: Monday, May 25th, 2026

There is a participation fee of EUR 40,00 (Heptathlon) or EUR 45.00 (Decathlon) per athlete, which has to be paid in advance after the list of participants have been published. The bank details for payment can be found in the advertisement.

Participation restrictions: The approved athletes will be published on this site after die registration deadline.

For the MJU18 category, please provide the nonathlon performance in the LADV comment field.
Additionaly the MJU18 category will compete using the international hurdle spacings. If this is not desired, please also indicate this in the LADV comment field.

Distribution at the stadium on June 12th from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and June 13th from 7:30 a.m.

The competition documents include declaration cards. Completed declaration cards, including the athletes' personal best performances, must be submitted to the competition office at least one hour before the start of their first event.

Athletes may use their own equipment, provided it complies with the WA Competition Rules & Technical Rules. Equipment inspection takes place in the garages behind the 100 m finish line. Equipment must be submitted for inspection at least 1 hour before the start of competition and will then be taken directly to the competition area. Equipment will be returned after the respective competition at the equipment check-in area. Equipment may not be removed from the facility independently, as it must remain available to all participating athletes throughout the entire competition. This also applies in the event of withdrawal due to injury.

Please note that athletes from a club may be divided into different groups. Therefore, shared use of equipment is not always possible. This applies both to the division into squads and to the allocation of athletes to facilities based on performance level. Please also take the schedule and the squad allocation into account.

Arrival via A 8 Karlsruhe-München, exit Stuttgart-Flughafen through Filderstadt-Bernhausen towards FILharmonie/ Stadion,

or B 27 exit Filderstadt-Plattenhardt, then towards Bernhausen, Fleinsbach-Stadion/FILharmonie.

Visitors are warmly welcome. Admission is free.

As in previous years, we are cooperating with the Hotel „Essential by Dorint“ in Echterdingen (about 5km from the Stadion).
